Mrs. Walters and her family served with the International Mission Board as church planters in Paris, France, from 2003-2007 where she developed a passion for the French people, culture, and language. Upon returning to the States, they moved to Louisville, KY, where she taught English and French at Christian Academy of Louisville for eight years.
“I love teaching, and I love introducing young people to the beauty of language and culture from all around the world. God is so creative in giving us the gift of communication. Equipping students to share the gospel in the heart language of others is the primary reason I teach.”
