“I see God specifically using me to shepherd my staff by pouring into them and mentoring and growing them in their walk with the Lord. Teachers that are growing and maturing in Christ make the best teachers for our students and parents. They spend 8 hours a day with our students. They model for them what a Biblical worldview is and how to walk that out daily. I also have a desire and strong belief that the growth of a child academically, emotionally and spiritually is a step by step consistent pattern that leads to a solid foundation. It is the ladder effect where you are maturing and growing them one stage at a time and making sure the foundation below them is solid as they progress up this ladder into adulthood. I believe that is a key strength that the Lord has blessed me with and that is the lens that I make all my decisions through as the leader of the Elementary school.”
