Multi-Student Tuition Discount: Hartfield patrons enrolling multiple students will receive a tuition discount beginning with the second child. 2nd child 5%, 3rd child 15%, 4th child and beyond 30%.
Ministerial Tuition Discount: Hartfield patrons who are a licensed or ordained minister and serve full-time on a church staff will be eligible to receive up to a 20% tuition discount beginning with the first child.
Early Payment Tuition Reduction: Tuition paid in full by June 1 will be discounted 2%.
Family Membership Fee: There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1,000 for new families admitted to the K5 — G12 programs. The fee is due upon registration.
Registration: The Registration Fee for new students is due within two weeks upon notification of acceptance to Hartfield. The Registration Fee for returning students is due by February 4.
Book Usage/Technology and Capital Improvement Fee: The Book Usage/Technology Fee and Capital Improvement Fee can be paid at the time of registration or by automatic bank draft on May 15. All fees can also be paid online at http://hartfieldacademy.com/online-fee-payment/.
Tuition Payment Options:
- Payment in full: payable by June 1 (receive a 2% reduction on tuition only)
- Semester payments: automatic bank draft will be made on June 1 and January 1.
- 10- or 12-month installment payments — (bank-draft only)
- 10-month draft begins on August 1 and ends on May 1
- 12-month draft begins on June 1 and ends on May 1
