Applying for Tuition Aid Assistance

Tuition aid is based solely on financial verification of need and available funds. Priority will be given to current families and no assistance is provided for students in preschool through kindergarten. Please complete our Hartfield Academy Tuition Assistance Application.  Once completed, please include the following information with your application.

• Completed 1040 form from previous year. (Note: all financial information will remain
confidential and will be reviewed only by the selection committee.)
• List of current debts with exact monthly payments; these include mortgage and
credit card payments, school loans or other encumbrances such as alimony or child
support.
• A copy of the student’s final grades for the previous two years.

Please mail your application to the Hartfield Academy business office Attn: Fernando Reis, in a sealed envelope.
