Steps for the Admissions Process

Step 1
All Applicants

  • Please download the Application for Admission Once you have completed the forms, mail the application and application fee to:

  • Please make sure you complete the personal faith narrative and have signed our statement of faith.

Step 2
Pre-Kindergarten (K3/K4)

Kindergarten – 1st Grade Applicants

  • You may contact the Admission Office to schedule a classroom visit.
  • Once you have submitted your application and fee, you will be contacted to set-up an entrance evaluation. The evaluation will cover the various benchmarks required for success.

2nd – 5th Grade Applicants

  • You may contact the Admission Office to schedule a visit.
  • Once you have submitted your application and fee, you will be contacted to set-up an entrance evaluation. The evaluation will cover the various benchmarks required for success.
  • Submit a copy of your student transcript and report cards for the current and previous year. Please provide any test scores with your student transcript.
  • Submit one teacher recommendation.

6th – 12th Grade Applicants

  • Once you have submitted your application and fee, you will be contacted to set-up an entrance evaluation. The evaluation will cover the various benchmarks required for success.
  • Submit a copy of your student transcript and report cards for the current and previous year. Please provide any test scores with your student transcript.
  • In order to get a more comprehensive picture of your student’s academic capability, teacher references from math and English may be required.

Step 3

Once you have been accepted, your registration fee is due. We recommend that you make an appointment with our business manager, if you have any questions.
