High School Principal
Jim DeLaughter is entering his 13th year in the MAIS and his fifth year at Hartfield. Jim is currently the High School Principal. He is a graduate of UCS and the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jim previously coached at Porter’s Chapel Academy and Madison-Ridgeland Academy as a football, basketball and baseball coach, winning two state championships in baseball. Jim is married to Christi and they have one child, Daisy, who is in the 10th grade at Hartfield.

Kim Allen is a pastor’s wife and former homeschooling mother, and became a School Counselor at Veritas after raising her two children, Kat and John. She is a resident of Madison, MS where she has partnered with her husband, The Reverend Canon Keith Allen, to plant a church, Holy Trinity. Mrs. Allen is the Middle School Counselor, and teaches Bible to 6th through 9th grades. She is excited to be a part of students’ emotional and spiritual health and growth.
